In most cases, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. If you contact us within the first hour, we will gladly check the options. Please contact us at: support@fravour.com
We offer fast and reliable shipping across Europe with DHL.
- NL / BE: 1–2 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
Delivery details and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Your order becomes final once payment is completed and the confirmation is shown on screen.

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Europe with DHL.
- Netherlands / Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Other EU countries: 2–5 business days

Shipping costs depend on your location:
- NL/BE: Free shipping from €50, otherwise €4.95
- EU: Free shipping from €100, otherwise €9.95
For some international deliveries, import duties and taxes may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
In addition, FRAVOUR offers an extended return period of 30 days after receipt. This extended period is an additional service and does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Once your return has been received (or proof of shipment has been provided), we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after approval.
Warranty & complaints
Yes. All FRAVOUR products are covered by the legal guarantee, meaning they must meet reasonable consumer expectations.
If you have a complaint about an item, our website, or our service, please contact us at support@fravour.com. You will receive a substantive response within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl).
