Payments are processed immediately and confirmed right away.

Credit Cards

We accept major international credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

Card payments are processed securely through Mollie. FRAVOUR does not store or access your full card details.

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay

Fast and seamless checkout using your saved payment details.
This allows you to complete your purchase securely with a single tap.

 

Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on our website include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

 

Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
