How to place your order

Ordering at FRAVOUR is simple and clear. Your order is completed in four steps.

Step 1. Select your jewellery piece

Choose the item you want, select the desired material, and the correct size (if applicable).
Availability is shown with a green “in stock” label. This information is for guidance only and no rights can be derived from it.

Step 2. Add to your cart

Click “Add to cart” to place the item in your cart.
You can adjust the quantity once the item is in your cart.
You can review or change your selection at any time before continuing to checkout.

Step 3. Enter your details

Click on “Checkout” to go to the checkout page.
Fill in your name, shipping address, and contact information.
Your personal data is handled confidentially and only used to process your order.

Step 4. Complete your order

Choose your preferred delivery and payment method.
Before placing the final order, you will see an overview of all details, including total costs.
Your order becomes final once payment is completed and the confirmation is shown on screen.

 

After You’ve Placed Your Order

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

  2. We prepare and ship your order.

  3. You will receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Please note:
It is generally not possible to change or cancel your order after it has been placed.
If you contact us within the first hour at support@fravour.com, we will gladly check the available options.

  • Due to privacy regulations, we cannot place orders by phone.

  • If you experience technical issues, try clearing your cookies or switching devices.

Stock availability is displayed with a green “in stock” label after selecting the desired material and any applicable options (such as size). No rights can be derived from this indicator.
